Lesson cancellations must be made before 5:00 PM on the day before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM, same-day cancellations, or failure to attend will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Exceptions may be granted only for medical emergencies, provided a valid medical certificate or report is submitted.
If the driving instructor cancels a lesson for any reason, students will be offered:
A full refund, or an option to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
Test Day Conditions
Failing to attend a scheduled driving test or being unable to proceed with the test due to the student’s error (e.g., missing documents, lateness, booking errors) will result in full charges for both the lesson and car hire for the test.
Any test cancellation or change initiated by the student must be made at least 48 hours in advance in coordination with the instructor/Academy. Failure to do so will result in full charges for all scheduled services related to the test.
Packages & Fees
All packages must be paid in full upfront to receive any discounted package rate.
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted to another person.
Packages must be fully used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused lessons beyond this validity period will be forfeited without refund.
When a refund is approved (for eligible cases only), a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in accordance with the cancellation policies stated below.
No refunds will be provided for:
Expired packages
Missed lessons
Late cancellations
Student-initiated changes that do not follow the required notice periods
Student Responsibilities
Students must ensure they:
Arrive on time for all lessons
Bring their valid learner’s licence and required documents
Maintain safe conduct
Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor
In case of an accident due to the student’s fault, the student is liable for insurance excess fees and fines (lesson or test).
Comfort Driving Academy reserves the right to refuse service if the student appears unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence, overtired, or behaving unsafely). Full charges will still apply.
Academy Rights
Comfort Driving Academy may reschedule lessons due to instructor unavailability, vehicle issues, or safety concerns.
